Following Prof. Dr. Hilmi Volkan Demir&#8217;s opening speech, the talented students of Bilkent University&#8217;s Faculty of Music and Performing Arts treated the audience to a special quartet performance. The event offered an unforgettable experience for those in attendance and provided the opportunity to reflect on the universal essence of music as well as the core values and heritage of our republic.<\/p>\n<p>On the eve of the centennial celebration of our Republic, the Bilkent University National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM) stands proudly as a beacon of the fundamental values upon which the Republic was founded.\u00a0Positioned at the forefront of the nation&#8217;s global ambitions in science and technology, UNAM views science as the very heart of its endeavors. UNAM stands as a significant representative of scientific and technological progress and is proud to be a part of the Turkish Republic\u2019s illustrious legacy that has spanned a century.
