Bilkent UNAM Presents: Advanced Cancer Biotherapeutics Symposium (ACTS ’24) \u2014 Pioneering Innovations in Cancer Treatment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bilkent University UNAM (National Nanotechnology Research Center) is delighted to announce the Advanced Cancer Biotherapeutics Symposium (ACTS ’24)<\/strong> scheduled to take place on October 4-5, 2024<\/strong>. This symposium will bring together clinicians, academics, graduate students and industry partners to explore cutting-edge technologies and therapies in cancer treatment.<\/p>\n

ACTS ’24 marks the beginning of an annual platform for sharing knowledge and fostering collaborations in the field of cancer biotherapeutics. This inaugural event brings together leading experts to discuss the latest advancements in cancer treatment and to set the stage for future gatherings dedicated to this vital area of research.<\/p>\n

Prof. Roman Jerala<\/em><\/strong> from the National Institute of Chemistry in Slovenia will share his expertise in cellular therapies and offer insight into the latest advancements in synthetic biology and immunology.<\/p>\n

Prof. Fatih Ezg\u00fc<\/em><\/strong> from Gazi University\u2019s Faculty of Medicine will present groundbreaking research on gene and cellular therapies.<\/p>\n

Prof. Tarkan Karakan<\/em><\/strong> from Gazi University’s Faculty of Medicine will share his insights into gastroenterology and its implications for cancer treatment.<\/p>\n

Prof. Tunca Do\u011fan<\/em><\/strong> from Hacettepe University will present bioinformatic approaches in cancer treatment, focusing on computational strategies to advance therapeutic development.<\/p>\n

Assoc. Prof. Sibel Kalyoncu<\/em><\/strong> from the Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG) will discuss her innovative research in antibody engineering and its potential in cancer therapies.<\/p>\n

Assoc. Prof. Li Tang <\/em><\/strong>from the Institute of Bioengineering at \u00c9cole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne will delve into the innovative field of cytokine and antibody engineering.<\/p>\n

Assoc. Prof. Tamer \u00d6nder<\/em><\/strong> from Ko\u00e7 University\u2019s Research Center for Translational Medicine will offer his expertise in cellular therapies and their applications in combating cancer.<\/p>\n

Asst. Prof. Urartu \u015eeker <\/em><\/strong>from Bilkent University UNAM will present his cutting-edge work in antibody and cellular engineering, exploring new frontiers in cancer treatment.<\/p>\n
