The employees and the students of Bilkent University National Nanotechnology Research Center were given occupational health and safety training. The training was organized by Bilkent UNAM in the Bilkent UNAM Conference Hall in accordance with the Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety for the working life.
Dr. Mete Salih Aker, Director of the Health Center of Bilkent University, made a presentation on key issues such as occupational health, work accidents, work diseases, and first aid. The training lasted 2 hours and aimed to prevent occupational accidents and to intervene in health problems that might occur during the work.
