Esengül Öztürk’s, a member of UNAM’s Arslan-Ergul Lab research group led by Dr. Ayça Arslan Ergül, was awarded 3 rd place for her zebrafish brain tissue image entitled “Zebrafish Brain Thinking Abraham Lincoln.” The image was taken with a Leica Sp8 microscope at Bilkent University UNAM and entered into the annual “Shows Us Your BRAINs” photography and video competition held by the International Research Institute NIH Brain Initiative research group.
