UNAM Principal Investigator Asst. Prof. Fatih İnci has published a new book entitled Emerging Technologies in Biophysical Sciences: A World Scientific Reference, Volume 3: Emerging Technologies for Diagnostics. Collaborating authors include Dr. Utkan Demirci (Stanford University, USA) and Dr. ShuQi Wang (Sichuan University, China).
In the book, Asst. Prof. İnci discusses in detail the current status and future trends in diagnostic technologies. These include the use of biosensors in disease diagnosis, using a combination of materials science, chemistry, physics, and engineering to decipher disease biology, mechanisms in clinical research, and other innovative perspectives in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT).
The book was published at the beginning of December by World Scientific Publishing Company, one of the leading academic and professional publishers.
