Prof. Evren Mutlugün, one of the project investigator of the TÜBİTAK A1-1004 Program project entitled “Strategic R&D Collaboration for Electronic and Optical Component Production with Advanced Materials High Technology Platforms” has won the 2022 TÜBİTAK incentive award. Prof. Mutlugün, who completed his master’s and doctoral education at Bilkent University and UNAM, conducted the aforementioned project under the leadership of Bilkent University’s National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM). He earned this year’s TÜBİTAK incentive award for his work on nanotechnology, optoelectronic devices, and light harvesting.
Prof. Mutlugün has been working in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Abdullah Gül University since 2014 and within the scope of the UNAM Thousand Talents Program. He is also the project investigator of another one of the thirteen strategic project under the TÜBİTAK A1 – 1004 – Center of Excellence Support Program entitled “Providing Nanocrystalline Metal/Metal Oxide Nanoparticles.”
