On Tuesday, October 11, 2023, UNAM visited Anıtkabir to honor the esteemed founder of modern Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. UNAM’s visit was to demonstrate our deep respect and gratitude and to express our commitment to the values of the Republic that will ensure the continuity of societal progress, scientific advancements, and technological innovation in the centuries to come.
As we celebrate the centennial year of the Republic, Bilkent University’s National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM) is proud to be founded on the fundamental values of the republic and positioned at the forefront of Turkey’s global ambitions in science and technology, as science is the cornerstone of all our endeavors.
