Bilkent University National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM) hosted 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students from İstek Ankara Schools on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about UNAM’s advanced research infrastructure and academic offerings. The students explored the cutting-edge infrastructure of UNAM—comprising over 300 advanced technology devices, 87 laboratories, and two separate cleanrooms spanning a total of 856 square meters—and gained comprehensive insights into the center’s pioneering research in nanotechnology, biotechnology, and materials science.
Participants also learned about the Materials Science and Nanotechnology (MSN) Master’s and Ph.D. Programs designed to nurture future R&D leaders and scientists.
