Bilkent University National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM) participated in the “New Beginnings for Collaboration: Academia–Industry Dialogues II” event hosted by BilkentTechnology Transfer Office (TTO) on June 16, 2026. During the event, UNAM engaged with technology companies from a wide range of sectors.
The event brought together companies operating across a broad spectrum of industries, ranging from automotive and energy to defense and aerospace, telecommunications, advanced materials technologies, artificial intelligence, and software. During the sessions held under the themes of “Sustainability & Materials” and “Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Systems,” participants introduced their organizations and shared their collaboration needs and priorities for technological development.
UNAM also had the opportunity to present its advanced research infrastructure, areas of scientific expertise, and high technology development capabilities for industrial applications. During the discussions, potential areas of collaboration between the needs of participating companies and UNAM’s research capabilities were explored. Participants exchanged ideas on joint R&D projects, technology development activities, and long-term collaboration opportunities.
