Bilkent University National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM) and Bilkent CYBERPARK have recently signed a collaboration protocol to strengthen academia–industry partnerships. Through this collaboration, UNAM’s advanced research capabilities and Bilkent CYBERPARK’s strong industrial and entrepreneurial ecosystem will come together with the aim of contributing to the development of innovative technologies and enhancing Türkiye’s global competitiveness.
As part of this protocol, joint efforts are planned in the areas of R&D projects, entrepreneurship, and technological development. The collaboration will involve organizing joint events, connecting companies within the CYBERPARK ecosystem with UNAM’s advanced research infrastructure and expertise, supporting an environment for entrepreneurship, and fostering mutual knowledge exchange. In this setting, companies from various sectors affiliated with CYBERPARK will be able to benefit from UNAM’s state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure and research capabilities in line with their needs, while UNAM researchers will take an active role in industry-oriented projects, transferring their knowledge and experience to the private sector.
