Bilkent University National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM) participated in the launch and kick-off meeting of the SENSOR-HUB project, a European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) initiative in which UNAM is a consortium partner. Hosted by Sabancı University SUNUM, the meeting brought together representatives of the project partners and stakeholder institutions on June 18, 2026.
SENSOR-HUB aims to accelerate digital transformation in Türkiye by facilitating access to advanced digital technologies for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and public organizations, while simultaneously strengthening their R&D and innovation capacities. During the meeting, participants were informed about the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) network and the Digital Europe Programme. The project’s objectives, key performance indicators, and roadmap were presented, and discussions were held on the planned activities and areas of collaboration to be carried out throughout the project.
