Asst. Prof. Yunus Emre Türkmen, Bilkent University Chemistry Department and UNAM Associate Faculty Member, received the 2022 TÜBA-GEBİP Award in the field of chemistry from the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA).
The TÜBA-GEBİP Award is granted annually to support distinguished scientists under the age of 40 who conduct high-quality scientific studies and have developed their own research groups, as well as to encourage these young scientists to conduct their outstanding research specifically in Turkey. As of this year, a total of 610 scientists have been granted the TÜBA-GEBİP Award.
